For a Wavebox account, subscription, installation, billing, cancellation or technical problem, use the support options on Wavebox’s official website. This publication does not operate the vendor’s software, manage its accounts, receive its passwords or process its refunds. The same separation applies to other products discussed in journal articles.
What to include
Send only the information needed for the inquiry. Do not send account passwords, recovery codes, payment-card information, private conversation histories or unnecessary personal documents. A screenshot should have unrelated account and personal information removed before you share it.
